How can I live while hating myself?

Living life hating yourself isn't a life worth living. You're in full control over the actions you choose to make but that doesn't mean you cannot be influenced to do them. Start hanging around other people or big good bye to society all together and refrain from coming back for a while in order to find out why you hate yourself.
Work on yourself and cling to what your passionate about. If your job is making it even harder, keep your job while actively looking for a job that you do enjoy doing. I hated working at a grocery store but I want to be an athlete.
Spending 8 hours a day working a shift is taking a lot of time out of the hours that I could've spent training and so I began my job as a bicycle courier.
Commission pays way more than I ever made working at the Grocery store.
$11.25 at the grocery and I moved on up to making about $21 ~ $25 an hour throughout my whole shift and I'm not stretching the truth. I love training and it motivates me to cycle faster, and I want that $$$ so I'm even more motivated. You can make money lots of it doing what you love doing.
Mine's training for the Olympics, and as a courier it's highly convenient for me. Find your passion and good luck.

unhate yourself. your idea of "self" and of your "failures" are just delusions, phantoms contructed by distorted "memories" created by your brain that give you a pseudo-image of what the past "looked like" but have no corelation with reality.

Well this seems to be an extremely serious question, but I suppose one would need to figure out why you hate your self, and work towards either correcting the things you do not like and accepting the things you can't change.

You shouldn't hate yourself. Start doing things to love yourself. Take a nice vacation, or go on an adventure. Just by doing things for yourself will make you love y
