Can you please help me? What do I do?

My brother decided to put some lotion & he wasn't aware of which one it was, so he just put it all over his face. & the next morning his face is red. Its been four days & his face has gone a lot worse... & I don't know what to do... At first it looked like his skin was peeling off, but now its just red... Especially his eyelids... I just found out that the lotion he used expired a year ago... & he said it was my fault that his face is like that. & now I don't know what to do... He said his face burns & hurts a lot, he's in a lot of pain.
Ps: my brother is older, he's in his 20s, but he was being an idiot & just tried on some random lotion from my bathroom without looking at the label... & now his face burns...

Sounds like contact dermatitis. He basically has an allergy to the ingredients in the lotion and should seek medical care. Sometimes the doc can prescribe a cream like hydocortizone or even just have him take a Benydryl. I would let a doctor or pharmacist at the least see his face before doing anything.

Tell him to wash his face with warm-hot water and apply shea butter all over his face after drying with a towel. Leave the shea butter on overnight as he falls asleep it'll make a huge difference.
