Hi guys, I am writing from Turkey. I came here to improve my English and make some friends. I hope I won't be criticized for any mistakes in my word choices. I would greatly appreciate it if you could recommend someone whose writing you think is grammatically accurate and whom I can follow.

A lot of what is written, on this site, is very colloquial. There is quite a difference between spoken English and written English since written English doesn't have tone and non-verbal queues that spoken English has. Colloquial written English bridges the gap between them and tends to imply things rather than state directly.

For example I might say I would like to see you when I mean I want to visit you at your home.

So I think the first thing you need to ask is do you want to improve your formal written English or do you want to understand & write colloquial English. If the later UK, US and Australia will have different colloquialisms though it is mostly the same. I will still be thrown, ie not understand, some colloquialisms.

I think you are best served by improving formal English but you need to understand a lot of what is written here is colloquial. So perhaps it will confuse you.

My fave writer is Chris Miller but, he mostly writes short stories in National Lampoon magazine. He's a VERY good writer and seems to be very intelligent and has a big lexicon. I've read all of his stories and learned a few new words I'd never heard of before by reading those stories. I think e just turned 80 a year or two ago.

There are lots of people here from English speaking countries that will communicate with you. Your writing looks pretty good. I don't always use the best grammar here because I'm not writing for school or something professional so I'm probably not the best person to model your English after. I mean I can use perfect punctuation and grammar but this is a pretty informal place. Just practice by answering and asking questions and get involved in discussions with people.
