Advice: just don't bother with the while calorie thing. It gets too faffy and confusing, plus you end up confusing yourself etc.
You just need to workout and eat healthily. Don't snack and when you start seeing result is when it will become addictive. Calories don't count for anything unless if you aren't in shape. For example, American footballers have a high intake of calories but they use that energy to build muscle, not juatbhabd around, do nothing and get fat and just because you have a small intake of calories, doesn't mean that you're suddenly a Victoria secret's model either. It's what you do actively that defines you: workout!
