Biking, Swimming, Running... In that order of preference. You didn't have swimming, and I don't like Rowing, so I didn't choose it. And jogging/running is my 3rd option, so didn't choose that one either :P haha but biking and swimming are the best for me and my favs for cardio... or just for fun -and they are cardio! which works great/perfect for me :)

Super sets on: chest and back, Bis and Tris, Quas and hamstrings are the best for me. Resistance training, plus cardio, opposite muscle groups as well.
I love HIIT with either short burst sprints, or ergo/rowing machines. These are extremely effective in shredding the fat.

I hate cardio in general but if I had to choose I'd choose fighting, no better kind of cardio in my opinion then a bare knuckle sparring match full intensity, it's exhausting you get the wind knocked out of you, and you utilize your entire body and your running, bouncing around. And no matter how tired you get you have to be as fast as possible or you'll get hit so there is incentivize to keep up.

You asked for my favorite, and that would be sex. But if you asked for my preference for an effective program I would say bike. I use the stationary bike at the gym and do pretty well at running up the HR without the pounding on the feel and legs that running does.
Forever involved in running only because that's the only thing I can do at the gym without feeling weird. I'm been trying to get myself to focus more on my workouts and less on what others are doing because they're probably doing it wrong too.

Swimming is my overall favorite, there is a public pool VERY close to my house that is open for lap swim (not "family swim" with all the kids) at various times throughout the day and night. The pool is reopened for business next week. :)

Running. Currently training for a marathon. I've been running for years but have gotten seriously into it for the last year or so. It clears my head and has also resulted in killer legs.

Biking for sure. It's both a leg workout and cardio for me. I don't think even of it as a workout, I bike on trails and such because it's fun and I get to explore many waterfalls, places, and enjoy nature. Bigger and stronger legs as well as getting some good cardio are just side-benefits to all of these.

Tbh, I have been hypothermic MANY times, especially when I have lost perspective + direction + the other people I was hiking with. This happens more than people realise as visibility in white outs is super poor + totally fucks with your head + hallucinations DO occur.

I'm a super set champion! But a devastating cardio thing I sometimes do: running at a medium pace for just 10min on a treadmill at full incline after strength training on your legs.
Biking, I love cycling. I used to play a lot of sports, and did a lot of running for conditioning.
