Beef- No it's how you're supposed to eat it. Makes it taste best. Hell a little bloody even better.
Pork- Meh restaurants are required to cook it thoroughly although it's better a tad bit under-cooked.
Lamb- See beef
Chicken - Fine although raw chicken has a weird texture in comparison to cooked.
Fish - They have sashimi sooo fine.

Pork and chicken tend to be iffy as (although rare) can contain salmonella but yeah. You won't die though, maybe a stomach ache at the most

It depends on what kind of meat it was. If it was beef or fish you're fine. Poultry or pork that is pink can make you sick though.

Pink is fine, as long as it's not a glossy shiny pink (unheated). The important part is that the outside is seared properly, since that's usually where bacteria will develop. Usually you want to avoid chicken underdone since the bird has a cavity which means the inside of the breast is technically "outside".

If you're not ill already you're not going to die lol.

It depends on the meat. I cook everything i make when it comes to beef to medium rare. Pork can be dangerous if its not completely cooked. Chicken as well. So we need to know exactly what it was you ate.

No. If there's no weird bacteria in the meat, you can eat it raw without a problem.
But it's better not to risk it.

Pink meat have a lot of bacteria. Thats why you have to cook it to kill the bacteria. You can drink some water and vinager to help clean your system out.
