Trending & News I doubt it’s actually red meat that’s the problem but rather the high saturated fat content of the actual burger which is known to cause that kind of gut issues.
But as others said go see a doctor if it persists.. or better lay of the burgers if you eat them often
Also getting your bloods checked may also help if you’re unsure what’s deficient/ or if there’s any underlying issues from a health perspective
A burger a week is healthy for you, a burger a day is bad for you. Find a balance.
It sounds like Angina to me!
I would advise that whatever else you read on here, a chest pain that lasts for more than 30 seconds warrants a trip to A& E/ ER or whatever the emergency Room is called where you are.
Not old enough. My money is on GERD.
@MORPHEUS_12 Either way, it definitely needs investigating.
Thank you for selecting my answer, but Id gladly swap that for knowing you're get that pain checked out..
It's not only the red meat, but specifically red meat of low quality. Because that's what is used in the fast food industry.

You need to be mindful of your intake of processed meat, not just red meat.
Include greens and fruits in your diet as well. Drink lots of water.
Try to limit your intake of sodas or carbonated drinks.
Sounds like heartburn or acid reflux to me. No biggie, just don’t eat burgers so often. It’s not the red meat that’s causing that anyway, more the high fat content of the burgers.
Red meat and cholesterol are good for you. But make your own burgers that aren't pumped up with chemicals.
No you’re probably having stress or it can happen with stomach bloating
The bread is worse for you than red meat. If you are getting a good source of meat and not fast food, meat with vegetables is plenty healthy. You need to introduce probiotics and prebiotics to increase your gut health.
No, it's not. That's old-school quackery.
@DryGermanGuy how often do you eat bread?
I eat my good German bread/bread-rolls every day.
@DryGermanGuy whats German bread? Im in us. Can I copy it?
Well, Germany is the bread capital of the world, so we have plenty to choose from in high quality.

Your best bet should be finding a German bakery in your area, if possible... :)
Where is "there"? Your local bakery?
@DryGermanGuy wiki
Bread is a significant part of German cuisine, with the largest bread diversity in the world. Around 3000 types of breads and 1,200 different types of pastries and rolls are produced in about 13,000 bakeries.

Regarding bread, German cuisine is more varied than that of either Eastern or Western Europe. Bread types range from white wheat bread (Weißbrot) to grey (Graubrot) to black (Schwarzbrot), actually dark brown rye bread. Some breads contain both wheat and rye flour (hence Mischbrot, mixed bread), and often also wholemeal and whole seeds such as linseed, sunflower seed, or pumpkin seed (Vollkornbrot). Darker, rye-dominated breads, such as Vollkornbrot or Schwarzbrot, are typical of German cuisine. Pumpernickel, sweet-tasting bread created by long-time-steaming instead of regular baking, is internationally well known, although not representative of German black bread as a whole. Most German breads are made with sourdough. Whole grain is also preferred for high fiber. Germans use almost all available types of grain for their breads: wheat, rye, barley, spelt, oats, millet, corn and rice. Some breads are even made with potato starch flour.
Germany's most popular breads are rye-wheat (Roggenmischbrot), toast bread (Toastbrot), whole-grain (Vollkornbrot), wheat-rye (Weizenmischbrot), white bread (Weißbrot), multigrain, usually wheat-rye-oats with sesame or linseed (Mehrkornbrot), rye (Roggenbrot), sunflower seeds in dark rye bread (Sonnenblumenkernbrot), pumpkin seeds in dark rye bread (Kürbiskernbrot) and roasted onions in light wheat-rye bread (Zwiebelbrot).
@DryGermanGuy oh cool i didn't see that part. What bread do you eat daily? The seedy one or white? Is it hard or very soft?
I try to vary with everything the bakeries have to offer including those tasty French croissants. The only types I don't buy are white (toast) bread, which is like squishy American bread and black bread, which tastes good, but is too filling.
Depending on the age the crust should be hard and the crumb should be soft (ish).
@DryGermanGuy cool. I love croissants oh my goodness - addicted. The harder or seedy breads are more for occasional eating for me. Is black bread the same thing as rye bread? I read it helps with constipation... Got to try that one then.
Yes and no. Usually when you buy "rye bread" here, you get a rye-mix loaf. It has a lighter and softer crumb (and is one of my favorites). When you buy "black bread", you get a pure rye (90+%) loaf, which has a hard and dense crumb.
YES...
