I don't really exersice apart from walking a bit around my house (it's big enough) and squatting/leg exersices. I squat daily for a whole week but rest on saturdays and sundays. I squat for a better ass because it's flat as hell and i do leg excersices for thicker more toned legs.
my main form of exercise is riding my bicycle. so #1 is to triumphantly defeat any challenger in any physical activity... which is important to impress the ladies
"C" for Me, @BeeNee, and with Living at the Ramada Inn, I can go to the gym any time of Day or Night. But as a Straight Shooter as an Honest Jane, I also still Walk, I never will give this up. Good luck and Great question. xx

The main reason i work out is to feel better about my body.
Health is a second concern.
The main reason i work out as -hard- as i do is to improve my performance in the sport i took up. If i was just worrying about looks/health, a lot of the rough exercise i'd drop.
I don't really do it to impress the guys. People keep in shape also for their pride. I feel really down if I feel unattractive, so I must stay in shape for my own productivity.
I don't exercise often (I do sports fighting and go when I can) but when I do it's because I enjoy it, I want to 'forget' about life for a while or if there's something pissing me off lol.
It was to look good for women. Then I realised abs don't women. So i do it because 1) it makes me feel better than if I didn't 2) it's the thing I'm damn good at and 3) makes it quicker for me to send a dude to ICU if he touches my beer.
Something between A and B. I'm always been fat, but now I got a little over and I didn't fit in my pants and shirts anymore before starting the diet on January. That and because I'm already unattractive enough to afford keeping being fat.

It's fun. causes my sex drive to go up, makes me more confident
Because I'm dying of health complications as a result of my body size and weight.

I exercise because i want to be healthy, fit and look good.
I lift so I do something productive with my time and to get stronger than I was before my surgery

I exercise mainly to look good naked and to become a much smaller size like I used to be in high school.

For fun and to be active in some way and try to he bealthy even if I cheat sometimes.
Because I want to be confident in myself and be healthy overall.

Because I love the feeling of having control and power from it.
Too feel good. Be it either "throw weights around" to release stress from the office or a spin class for cardio. I love working out 6X a week.
Some of the scenery at th gym is a bonus.
I chose impress girls, because why not. Also, I do it to be a strong fighter, because why not.
Aww, man, I should have chose to lose the baby weight!!!
