How should I paint my room?

This is extremely random and probably not quite fit for this website but I just wanted to ask a question that wasn't about guys or girls. lol.

How should I paint my room. I don't think I want to go all bright colors. Maybe all black with neon graffiti stuff?

OR

Black and red and white random designs

OR

Black and white stripes?

Hmm. I can't think of much more right now.. But if you have any ideas, please comment..

OH and I'm not stuck on the black and everything, I just want it original..

I would say try to stay away from black or massive amounts of really dark colours if at all possible. Not only does it reduce the resale of whatever house you are living in and is harder to paint over later, but it also has a tendency of making rooms look smaller. It is a room you are sleeping in, so I would pick relaxing colours with soft hues. If you wanted to spice it up and make it a bit different you could add wall decals (which are removable so you can change the room to fit your mood) or use fabrics and throw pillows or elaborate curtains to add splashes of colour.

Just get creative :3 But also keep the colours somewhat light and whatever you do, make it easy to change just in case you don't like it. Or that's my motto anyhow.

maybe earthy tones? green, brown, white...i think the colors are smoothing and relaxing, but still pretty

Colour can affect your mood, so choose carefully... do some research...
