Should I have my drinks before or after my morning run?

I like to start the day with 4 drinks: 1 - warm water with lemon. 2 - green tea. 3 - black coffee with coconut oil. 4 - kale, grapefruit juice. And water in between.

Should I go for my morning run after hopping out of bed and drink these when I get back, or before I run?

Also, what is a better weight loss protein - egg whites or salmon? Maybe I should switch every other day. Yesterday was salmon and broccoli.
