Back pain in teen years?

Im 16 and in the middle curve of my lower back I've been getting random pains. They are shooting pains and I'm pretty sure it's nerves but I don't wanna miss school so if you could give me information on how to help it or just some input it would help so much thank you

Check your posture. I have back pain due to my breasts so I'm not sure it's the same but it's in the similar area. Yoga and laying down and stretching helps a ton. Pain killers help too but don't use them too much. Use a heating pad to relax the muscles (not sure if it will help)
I would go to a doctor if I were you. Hope it gets better

I think it's bad Posture thus causing impinge nerves. Just have it checked :) do you have other symptoms? Numbness, weakness?

Miss school and see a doctor. Could just be growing pains, but it's far better to be safe. Try using a heating bad in the meantime

Probably growing pains. But that's your central nervous system. Not really worth messing around. If it persists, see a doc.
