I work two jobs- both are restaurant style kitchens. I'm on my feet and moving for anywhere from 6-16 hours a day. And when I'm not working, I can usually be found walking my dog, hiking, push mowing my lawn, or at the gym. So I'd say everyday.
I walk every where I go. On average, there's an hours worth of walking every weekday, then every Saturday I do karate.
Almost every day, as would be possible. Outside of my job, my life is dedicated to improvement and getting better.
I do light, maintenance exercises everyday and do my heavy, hardcore workout on Saturdays.

I do yoga every day but I do weightlifting 4 days a week. And run 3 times a week. I do strength exercises and gymnastics twice a week.
