I am also skinny fat like the guy on the left with more muscle (same arm size but muscular and same gut). I would like to be way more bigger than the right picture though and more muscular. What should I do guys?


Cardio is always good so never drop it. Change your diet, you need fruits and veggies in your diet and it needs to be overall balanced. If you want to get lean, more cardio less weights. If you want to bulk, eat more healthy high fat and protein rich foods and weight train more. You need weight training, cardio, and a healthy diet to do either well.
You look like you already have a low body fat % so there's no point in trying to lose more fat. As you build more muscle your body will probably end up recomping anyway so you'll lose some more fat while gaining muscle.
I would still recommend some cardio for skinny fat because you should lose the fat first in my opinion. Also, cardio stimulates your body to produce muscle and proteins synthesize faster after cardio. Diet is the main goal though.
No need too much cardio. But you need to change your diet.
How much cardio do you do, and when do you do it (after weights or morning etc)
