How many calories can you actually burn doing body weight exercises (no cardio)?

So like 30 second push ups, 30 second squats, 30 second crunches, 30 seconds plank, 30 seconds leg raises, etc. 3 sets each. How much would I burn in 15-20 minutes of doing that? I'm 183 lbs, 5'3". I know I won't burn a lot, but I just want to know the estimate. And can I get toned by doing just these bodyweight exercises every day?
