Okay so I'm not going to the gym. Any really good exercise programs for at home? I plan to do insanity when I get into a little more shape. I'm a curvy girl with serious muffin top issues. I let myself go after kids so. (because I'm lazy) but I wanna change that. Zumba is getting boring. Any help Will be appreciated!
HIIT circuits, great ideas on youtube. some have already mentioned fitness blender, its great. u can also try BeFit, they have a few workouts by Jillian Michaels' and omg they are so good, killer workouts! haha
u can also make ur own circuits if u are feeling a bit creative :P haha
and dont forget ur nutrition :)

YouTube fitness blender and do workouts off there 4 times a day and dont go on starving diet
Push-ups, squats, crunches and sit-ups are the best.
