I'm trying to lose weight and get in shape would this do that?
Will I see results if I keep doing this?

if u take care of ur nutrition too, i guess u would see some changes yeah. those are a lots of reps tho and there's no cardio incorporated, so i think is better to use weights and do sets or add some cardio movements in between, as in after u finish an exercise or 2, u can do burpees, mountain climbers, plank jacks or something like that for a minute to keep ur heart rate up and then move on to the next exercise. i think that would be more efficient :)

just remember though that it's 70% diet, 30% exercise, so dont do this then visit mcdonald's or something :)
You're missing a back workout, seems like this workout is pretty focused on toning visual muscles. It's missing a lot of things actually. If you use reddit at all /r/bodyweightfitness has a lot of good resources.
That's a pretty bullshit workout to be honest. And overly complex for how inefficient it is. You could get better results in way less time doing circuit training workouts or just weight lifting
