You definitely look more toned. I ca nsee your abs a little better and you have lost inches in your thighs and butt. Muscle weighs 8 times what an equal volume of fat would weigh. That is why your scale says you weigh the same. . Still you have more muscle and look better and muscle will burn a lot more calories so it is a win -win. You should be proud of yourself.
Yes, I can see a 'flatter' abdomen, and thinner thighs, also you waistline looks slimmer. I look at my 'stomach', lower stomach' every morning when I get up, and compare the results. I also watch my diet, and do a hellacious yoga workout, three days a week. MWF

firstly plateauing is normal.
second if you're working out, you will be putting on muscle, so there's that too.
