for a strict, fast weight loss-diet?

I'm a 20 year old male who stands 5'9 1/2, weighing between 190-192lbs and I'm trying to trim down to either 152lbs or 165lbs to get back into amateur boxing again as soon as possible. At the same time, I don't want to do it way too fast to the point of it affecting my strength and conditioning.
