I've run an EC stack on top of a ketosis diet. Not sure how much I noticed metabolic impact, but definitely suppresses appetite.
I'm aware Bromocriptine can be very useful in some scenarios.
Diet pills are a category of things, most of them BS. If you want to know 'is there a good pill to lose weight' the answer is no. Period. No, there is not. For a pill to on its own make you lose weight it pretty much needs to jack your metabolism up, and that's going to either not happen, or happen and be dangerous.
If you're looking to offset an above average metabolic slowdown when you diet... you might find more.
Don't take anything with multiple ingredients. They're all a waste of money. They find 9 things that might do something, combine them in a proprietary ratio and charge 10 times as much. Meanwhile they dial the dosage down to a point that side effects are unlikely.
weight loss is going to be primarily based on what you eat. Are you solid on your eating plan?
For now as your supplements stack, I humbly suggest a cup of coffee, three times a day. And I'm not even joking.

I dont take diet pills they are scams and will cause more bodily harm than people realize. I just workout daily
I've tried Alli and Hydroxycut, they're both terrible. Alli makes you have diarrhea so bad that you have to wear a pad in case you sneeze. You can't eat any fat at all (which is bad) on that pill unless you wanna shart grease 24/7. And Hydroxycut... I followed all directions exactly and even ended up cutting back on the dosage but it gave me such bad stomach pain that got sent to the hospital from work. It wasn't even nausea, just horrible pain.
I don't take diet pills anymore.
