Does anyone here have diabetes? I ask because I'm borderline diabetic, and am wanting to know what types of foods are healthy to get and stuff like that

I don't have diabetes but my dad dose, he just avoids things with high sugar and every now and then eats a peice of shortcake or something if he is feeling low.

Oh ok. Yeah I totally cut out soda. So that was like at least 40 to 50% gone right there

Yeah, there is a lot of sugar in soda, I usualy just drink water

My parents have it. Basically, you need to eat clean and cut out processed foods and monitor anything with sugar, including fruit.

OK. that sounds kinda hard with the processed food tho, cuz there a lot of things that are processed. I thing I can manage it

I've already cut out the soda. Most of the food we have is gone and now replaced with healthier foods
