Health over dieting. Thats the only way to loose it anf ensure it stays off.
Diets tend to be bad for you and your metabolism, thus you'll often gain it back.
Water, warer and more water. No sugared drinks.
Eat lots of veggies and fruit. So you fill up on them first. Then your other sources of grain and protein.
For me though, sticking to plant based food worked amazing. So take it easy on meat and dairy.

Cut back on: soda, bread, chips and sweets.
Don't eat unless you're really hungry. Smaller plate= smaller amount. When you go out, order a box right away and put half your meal in there.
Focus on eating healthy, try a vegetarian or vegan diet. And go for walks. Also drink A LOT of water.
you won't lose weight if you keep eating like a fatty. so stop eating like a fatty. and work out.
