It all depends on your muscle mass. When planking, you flex your muscles and that starts burning. But it is different from person to person, so no number to give. Anyway, by planking, you will strengthen your core and more muscle mass will increase your energy consumption. But to really burn fat, low intensity cardio during long perions (a minimum of 30 min) is much better.

Don't know the actual numbers, but it wouldn't be many.. The most planking really does is help to strengthen the ab muscles. The most effective way of burning calories is by getting the heart rate up, cardio/ HIT triaining is a great way to do that.
