Why the sudden Strength drop?
Any reason for this drop in strength? Any tips to prevent it?
When I have had a loss of strength it has been in periods where I generally felt pretty crap emotionally. Or, you might carry a flu or something without it having shown up yet? There's a hundred possibilities, but in my experience, I catch up within the next week or two.
Look at other parts of your life. Do you feel well? What is the weather and temperature like? Any personal problems? Having other physical issues like headaches, low sex drive etc?

When I am cutting in a deficit I don't plan on ego lifting lol bc I can't lift nearly my typical max. Especially bc I am on keto low carb omg I lift like nothing in comparison to bulking time. I'd suggest don't focus on strength gains when cutting. That's for bulking. Focus on pure fat loss and muscle definition/hardening. Good luck

Calorie deficit. That 1kg might have been all muscle. Even if you had your proper macros, your body would have been functioning on less calories than normal so it's not used to exerting the same amount of strength.
