calorie wise, 1200 max. i dont count each cal but i estimate. depends on the day. i usually stay away from carbs but sometimes ill go for it because eh.
i focus on my proteins, fruit and veg. i like some dairy too, but not too much.
so for example, breakfasts ill have are 3 eggs sunny side up with OJ, or yoghurt with muesli and a glass of choc milk, or just cereal.
lunch, maybe some grilled chicken breast with salad, or ill make my own salad with chicken or beef in it. i might make a wrap, a stir fry, maybe lamb with mash and salad on the side.
now my key is that i dont eat dinner. ill have some fruit or something small, like a bar. i stop eating at around 6pm. having water all day is a good idea to resist cravings as well.
then yeah i try to work out from 7ish.

I'm fasting lately so:
I don't eat from 3am to 10 pm. And then I just eat dinner and drink a bottle of water.
I'm trying to go from 190 lbs to 150 lbs by the end of the summer or so.
My calorie tracker (MyFitnessPal) tells me to have 1600 calories a day. Usually I'm short of it. I've logged for about 45 days in a row but I've lost ten pounds. So about 6 weeks, so a little less than 2 lbs a week. Which is okay I guess... wish it could go fucking faster though.
Just a brunch a dinner, with light snacks in between. Only vegetarian stuff.

I eat 4 to 5 meals a day. Main meal is my breakfast consisting of a lof fruit and nuts. Lunch and dinner are mostly vegetables together with protein replacers (beans, lentils, ...). In between meals are usually healthy snacks that may consist of some rice or pasta and fruit, nuts or raisins. I drink a lot of water and tea, but I enjoy a good cup of black coffee from time to time.
I eat a lot for my weight but I have a high metabolism so...
in the morning it depends on how much time I have so I eat cocktails, pastries sandwiches depends...

lunch is heavy
dinner is heavy too and fruits or smthng in betweendoes that really matter, I just try not to over eat to many carbs, that is it. and i do not eat the same each day, it varys, i do not eat the same food each day...
Not much, I have issues. Today I ate ice cream and a small bowl of cereal.
