DON'T use numbing creams for sexual purposes! If it hurts then that means you're doing it wrong and should stop/do it differently. Masking the pain just means you'll be sustaining injuries and not realising!

No no, its not for sex, I'm not having sex until marriage so that's not a problem for me lol but I'll keep that in mind for the future just in case XD

Not really sure about numbing ones but whatever you do avoid 'deep heat', i dislocated my knee recently and i used some and it made things worse. P. s. get well soon :)

Never use anything that contains lidocaine over a large surface area of your skin. It could kill you.

But if you're going to use it safely, then Emla cream is one.

ICY hot works pretty well. I had tremendous pain when I tore a ligament in my knee and that worked great in numbing my knee as well as giving a cooling sensation

i tried pridocaine or w/e its called and did nothing... absolutely nothing
so id skip that... buuuut it did work for other people so I don't know..
