I find it odd that you used Brad Pitt as your example, he's not exactly big. But yes, just eat right and due body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, etc. Throw in some cardio, and you're good.
yes, I think he is 6 foot and only like 175 in this film. You can get a body like that doing body weight exercises naturally.
No, not really.
You could try doing some body weight workouts at home but you should really get yourself a set of dumbbells at least if you don't want to go to gym.
get a Airbrushing programme on pc thats what they do mostly! lol
Yeah if you were born that way and he doesn't look that way. He bulked up for that movie xD
You can work out out side the gym if that's what you mean
yea just hop on some gear and you will naturally gain like 15 lbs of muscle without lifting.
yes use steroids and even without lifting you will still gain a decent amount of muscle and there are lots of tests to show it.
Unless your doing hard labor than no.
If it was easy then everybody would do it.
no, you can lift weights at home too.
I'm sorry dude that's not how it works
Get some gymnastics rings
There are trainers for that.
lol, is it a troll?
Yes, without a doubt with the Isokinator Green Giant 3x a week with about 7 exercises each routine. However, most people don't understand how effective it is and just ignore it. I almost did the same but glad I didn't.
Nope.
