I like Pork Butt and Sour Kraut once in a Blue moon but Actually, I am Not... Much of a Meat eater.
However, How about Pigeon? People in the USA may find it gross. However, I had a Small Sample of a Baby one when I was out in Egypt, and besides the Gamey Flavor... It was Quite different from even Chicken or Turkey or a Suckling Duckling.
