Poop Question! What are some natural/home remedies for relieving constipation?

Really weird but it works. If you have peppermint essential oil, sniff it. If not just use peppermint toothpaste. I know it sounds weird but it works, make sure it's a strong one though, one that hardly smells like it won't work as effectively

flax seed. psyllium husk. maltodextrin. fiber 1 cereal. smooth move tea. lots of vegetables/ salad. cut out airy and m, eat for a week. have a lot of whole grains and vegetables and legumes.

Drink lots of water. Dry stools are what cause constipation. Also things high in fibre, fruits and vegetables are what you need, but make sure you get plenty of WATER SOLUBLE fibre such as oats, bran, and barley.

Eat a lot of applesauce. Seriously that stuff works. Eating bananas work too.
