It sounds like you Pulled a Muscle here, dear. No Working out until the Strain of the Pain disappears. You will just Add to your Misery you are feeling right now.
However, get yourself a Ice/Heat Pac that you can either Microwave or put in the Freezer. Ice is for Injuries and Heat is for Muscles.
If this Continues for More than a week, of course go see your doctor for Maybe More in Store.
Good luck. xx

You have to be more specific about the pain lol but its very likely that you're just sore from working out. I'd give it a few days, 2-3 and see whether or not it gets better. If you haven't worked out in a while or if you started a new split, it's totally normal to be super sore the next day.
You should worry if it happened during the training session, definitely. So if you felt a sudden tweak or pain, could have torn your labrum etc.
If you just woke up like that, more than likely just pulled something or overworked a muscle. It will heal but if you're gonna cry and post more questions on here about it, just go to the doctor for some pain killers, call in sick and go back to bed.
you are probably experiencing Moronotitis... it has become more and more common of the years, especially those under 20 years old...
The symptoms are as follows :
-prefer to ask a medical question online rather than seeing a real doctor
Good luck to you

i would think you just slept funny and trapped a nerve. should pass soon enough but if it persists then see a doc
If it doesn't go away completely, or at the very least diminish a bit in a few days, it's something you'll have to get checked out. Just rest your shoulder. Don't work out and don't strain it.
If its bad enough so you can't move your arm at all anymore and need to visit a doctor or go to the ER you should probably be worried.
Try stretching it out, taking ibuprofen, and RICEing it. If doesn't start to help within a day off to the doctors
If it doesn't go in a few days seek advice. Lay off any exercise for that time too.
Can you move your shoulder? What about your fingers and elbow? Is it swollen?
if it doesn't improve in 2/3 days, go to the doctor...
You're probably just coping with post-workout soreness. Wait a few days and see if it gets better.
If you sleep on one side of your body its probably for that.
you must wait f it lasts longer than a few days and also doesn't get wll by time then it means you should see a doctor
It's most likely from working out or pulling your muscle. i had that problem too once.
