I just found out about it the other day but apparently it's when you wear a tight sports bra and one boob isn't distinguishable from the other.

I prefer the Tshirt Uniboob especially on my big boobed female friends. It is so entertaining to watch them try and run. Because they have a funny running style that kind of looks like an odd balance between boob timing and arm wiggling. The draw backs from not having pe in homeschool. Still I love watching them do it. I'm actually panning on asking one of them out soon.

I got some really weird results searching this subject, but if you simply mean the appearance of having one breast as a result of clothing, I think it's sexy, like so:
