I can't fall asleep?

i saw this giant big in my bathroom sink it was a giant centipede I can't fall asleep HELP. I'm scarred for life, I start summer school tomorrow and I need to go to sleep but this giant bug scared the shit out of me and I can't sleep.

Centipedes actually aren't so dangerous. Their bites can be a bit painful but almost never fatal.

Some of these kinds of fears of creepy crawling things is mostly just in our imagination. If you can kind of remember that, it might help you go to sleep.
