A BMI of 18.6 is low, but not yet dangerous. I am 165 cm too and I weigh 61 kg (135 lbs). Have your muscle/fat ratio measured. If that balance is good, than you are still OK, but I would start to increase weight by building extra muscle in a good ratio. If your muscle content is too low, then you certainly should start exercising and changing your nutrition program, because then you are definitely in the underweight zone.

You're slightly underweight. A healthy weight for your height would be somewhere near 125 pounds.
Well according to your BMI you can either be considered as borderline underweight or "normal" the problem with BMI is it doesn't take into account your muscle or breasts for example if you're a extremely built up person with muscle your BMI will say you're either fat or obese which obviously wouldn't be the case.
As long as you're eating and you don't feel ill then I think you're fine
bmi is a bad gauge of health. body fat % is more accurate. it might be a little lean but you look fine.
