First, please don't starve yourself and/or stop eating.
When I was trying to lose weight, I realized that I would have to gain a lot of self control. I started eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. I stopped eating food I knew that was unhealthy (fast food, soda, junk food, etc.). Breakfast should always be your biggest meal (because you use up the energy throughout the day) and dinner should always be the smallest. Eat slowly and chew your food a lot, it takes around 20 minutes for your body to feel full. Drink lots and lots of water.
As for exercises, I like doing push ups and pull ups. I set a goal for a day and try to progress the amounts day after day. For the stomach area, sit ups, crunches, and russian twists showed me the most noticeable results.
This last part is VERY important. Stop looking at the scale. If you own a scale, put it away. I know you want to "lose weight" but know that slimming down will probably result in more muscle. Muscle is much more dense than fat so don't worry about the weight as much.
Hope this helps!

No, you loose fat everywhere at the same time. But just loosing weight is the wrong approach. You must see that you maintain a good muscle/fat balance (or improve it). You can burn fat with low intensity cardio. You can gain muscle by working out. The result may be that you loose less weight (or even gain because muscle is heavy), but at the end your body will be more lean and slim and more healthy.
Focus on a lot of cardio and exercises that focus on your core. Most women I know do a lot of yoga and it works wonders on their overall physique, I suggest you try it

Drink a lot of water, have a steady healthy diet, its okay to eat naughty things once in a while however don't make a habit out of it. You could start working out, going for runs and strength training, working out is what shapes your body (toning) and your diet maintains it.
I have noticed unfortunately losing fat in the stomach is the hardest to get rid of. Its the first place fat goes and the last place it comes off for me. Crunches don't work either because it just builds up muscle underneath the layer of fat.
Watch what you eat is my advice. Lots of water too!I use an ab wheel to tone my stomach. It's really hard when you first start but you can see results in the first week. They're about $10 at Walmart. I do push-ups everyday, and if you can't do a real one, kneeling push-ups work too. Definitely use the plank pose. It works everything. I also use an app called Fitstar. It's free and it's great for toning your body. Most of the workouts are about 10-20 minutes long.
I was trying to lose weight for 4 years and all I was able to do is maintain my weight which was really frustrating. It wasn't until right now in the past month that I was able to lose 10 pounds and counting. Basically, I had to be okay with being hungry sometimes and be smart about what I was eating.
what I eat now:
breakfast: a boiled egg (or fruit)
lunch: avocado sandwich with whole wheat bread and mustard and no cheese
snack: banana
dinner: one helping of family dinner
stay away from things that come in packages and try to eat more natural, nutrient rich foods. exercise is also important to keep your metabolism up and also to tone your body.
a mistake that I made was to try to eat too little so I would end up binging and feel terrible about myself and then I would also end up gaining 10 pounds so make sure you aren't starving yourself but it's okay to be hungry in between meals. Also I drink lots of sparkling water which helps when I'm hungry and want to bingeKeto! Look it up its amaaazing... Even after you lose the initial water weight and the scale seems to hardly move you can see the transformation in your body.. The difference in even my face the first two weeks is unreal and my stomache area was shrinking as well..
You can't target fat loss. Workout, focus on cardio 30min-60mim at least 4 days a week. Eat healthy and eat 500-1000 less calories than you normally would but no lower than 1500. Drink lots of water and stay active
A low-carb-high-fat (yes, high-fat) diet is key if you wanna lose fat quickly, exercise to speed up the process.
There no easy way round it just eat healthy and exercise 3-7 times a week. Basically just knuckle down and do it you won't regret it. x
Eat healthy foods, calories, and work out. Weight training does increase the metabolism more than cardio does, but both are good for you.
Eat a healthier diet, watch your calories, and do cardio. You cannot target specific body parts to lose fat from.
Eat better and exercise more
Don't starve yourself1. Eat less than 1500 calories daily.
2. Work out (even 30 minutes per day is fine).
3. Drink a lot of water.
4 You cannot spot reduce fat.Eat the same amount of calories you eat.. just skip dinner.
I have the same problem. Some things I have heard:
1) Drink only water
2) look up the 6 pack in 2 minutes workout, it obviously won't give you a six pack but it really tightens your core
Good Luck! :)1. Eat healthy (more frequent meals, but less in the portion)
2. do exercise with weights
3. sleep wellFirst, you must learn to love yourself. You are a beautiful human being who deserves only the best!
Change your lifestyle. Eat less and exercise.
Eat a lot of watermelon. Walk more.
Eat less, pretty much.
Restrict calories. But not too much.
