Okay so I've always been skinny All my life and I just hate how I can't wear shorts, rompers, dresses etc because my legs look like toothpicks. I've been told I'm healthy and I do eat a lot. To paint you a picture I'm 5 feet , weight about 78ish pounds. i want to start working out to gain some muscles. people would tell me to walk. I would walk to school everyday like a mile or two for three years and I never saw a difference. What are some workout routines I should do to gain some muscle for my legs? Thanks. Plus don't tell me to eat more food. Trust me I eat a lot but it doesn't go anywhere? My doctor prescribed me something that would make me eat like crazy but I would gain a pound once every 2 months. High metabolism.
