we met online and we used to talk 6/7 hours a day and friendship turned into flirting and he kept asking me for the dirty talking but i wasn't comfortable and eventually didn't agree but i ignored and kept talking i started having emotions because it was 11 months of deep convos , i was blind in love one day he asked me for the sext again and i agreed and next day i felt uncomfortable and told him im never going to do it , he stopped talking to me but i feel extremely guilty of it what do i do

You don't do anything. You just move on because he clearly wants one thing and is going to persist until you give in and then you feel uncomfortable. He obviously didn't care about your feelings on the matter since he stopped talking after you said you were uncomfortable about what happened. That tells you right there he wasn't in it for a relationship. Just keep reminding yourself that this is for the best because once you gave into that what do you think was going to be next on his agenda? Then he would push until you gave into whatever next he wanted to do and so on. You would have lived out this relationship (if you can call it that) always upset and uncomfortable. That's not what anyone wants.

There are just so many aspects of this I find ridiculous. The fact he couldn't pick up on that you were uncomfortable with it, combined with the sheer staggering pathetic nature of the request. I mean if you both felt it, it would happen naturally but trying to twist somebody's arm on it is a huge fail. Essentially a 'friendzone' guy hoping if he keeps at it long enough.
