I met a man online in a study group we had deep convos for 3/4 months and in between he asked me for dirty talking I kept ignoring and we kept on talking and kinda liked each other and today it's been like 10 months since we are talking and later this week he asked me if we can sext I said im not comfortable but one day I agreed and next day I felt uncomfortable I told him the next day I can't sext someone until I get married , he said he has his needs and let's sext for half an hour at least I said no and jokingly told him stop talking to me, it's been a week he hasn't even texted me normally. We haven't met yet.😐

i think it is good that you managed to say no ultimately! having your own boundaries is a good thing and i believe when you look back at this post some time in the future, you will not have regrets saying no. currently you are feeling very affected because this is someone that has been part of your life for 10 months and you have good feelings for, so it is valid that you will be upset when he leaves you.

maybe try to think back on how life was without this guy 10 months prior, and look for the hobbies/activities you have pushed away to accommodate this guy in your life. when you find your own balance again, it will all work out ✨

I’m not really sure what the question is, but just judging the situation in general it sounds lousy and like you should be done with this guy. He’s not looking to connect with you on a level outside of sex, he doesn’t care about your discomfort, he’s not even treating you like a real person but this girl in another state/country/etc who’s foolish enough to help him bust a load and then go about his life. Its degrading and you can do sooo much better than that. Never let a man or anyone else peer pressure you and if not sexting is a deal breaker then he is absolutely wrong for you.
