I have 31-32 cm arm muscle which is normal to me. But I want to make them bigger. 40 cm is my aim. I am doing this support around 1 years but I can't improve my size of muscle. I have problem with money and my parents went in a holiday. They will come back and my mother will cook for me :) We have oat , milk , eggs and those things. I use oat for natural home made protein shake. İts really delicious. After the sport I drink this suddenly without losing any minute. By the way I am doing this sport at home at the moment. Cuz I need to find a part time job firstly. After I will continue at gym saloon. Whats your ideas on this? I saw one guy in the bus. He has natural arm muscles. Around 37-38 cm. I am sure he has natural arm muscles. Cuz his arm muscles doesn't look like swelling type. But men's who use protein powder muscles are more swelling. İts obviously like this. Swelling arm muscles and tight arm muscles are different. I do exercise 3 days a week. Days which I don't exercise I do push up morning and night. 30 push up in one time. Do you think this will be work?
