Is it normal to feel freezing in 77 degree weather after it being 95+ for the past two weeks?

When my parents lived in southern Texas and would come up here to visit in July they would wear a fall jacket when it would be in the 70s outside.

Yep. More blood flows closer to the skin's surface when you're warm, thus sudden chilly (or even average) snaps make you feel colder until the flow moves deeper.

You may be iron deficient. when i get old in the summee i know its cause I've been eating like crap and need iron.

I don't think it's normal. I don't feel cold unless it's below 50° and I'm not wearing a jacket
