well thats a starvation diet so eating a normal amount yeah you'll gain some weight. probably lots of salt too so you'll retain water. but 600 calories isn't a pound 3,500 calories is. so the weight gain you will see just means you retained water that it.
teaspoon of salt will show up as two pounds as well an extra 1000 calories. but to actually gain one pound you need an extra 3,500 calories.
how long have you been eating 700 calories a day? you won't die not for a long time. i mean people lived for years on that during famine, but, it is not a great idea i mean you could damage your brain or organs if your sugar is too low consistently. or you're not getting enough p retina or the right nutrients.
also you're still young your body isn't done you could be short changing yourself on brain development. and bone density. its nt usr calories but chemical reactions that tell your body what to do like storing calcium in ones and connecting neurons in brain and building essential organs... as well as fertility can be impaired.

You need about 1500-2000 calories a day, so if you're never eat more than 700 calories a day, you're not eating enough.
What you listed what you ate today sounds really healthy and you will definetly not become fat from that salad. I think you should eat more.
Do you have an eating disorder?
You're fucking your metabolism so hard it's hard for me to guess what your body might do.

Make sure you are getting the right amount of calories and nutrients for your height and body type a day, or you can get health risks. As long as you have the proper nutrition, then you can jog or do other cardio exercise to help burn some calories.
700 is far too low. A young body (depending on your weight) that works out , will need more towards 2000 cal (if not more) to have a good energy balance. Otherwise you will burn muscle too.
