When eating at a restaurant?

I don't eat very much, and never get 700+ calories on a daily basis. Today I had a green juice with spinach, kale, strawberries, a banana, and chia seeds; half a cup of green yogurt; 10-15 almonds and pecans; a vine tomato with onion; I sauteed about a cup of broccoli and asaragus for lunch; and I drank a cup of coffee this morning with three bottles of water. I just went out to dinner with my mom and her friend to Outback and got the Sesame Salad which is under 600 calories. I know this probably sounds awful, but will I gain any weight from the salad? It was pretty big, and although I didn't eat it all, I ate A LOT of it. I took about an hour walk this morning and I'm just wondering if I should take another to burn the salad off, or is it not a big deal? - Yes, this is a serious question. Thank you.
