Is 6.2 miles ran in one hour a good time for someone who weighs 235 lbs?

Yeah that's good. It means you're running 6 miles per hour and keeping it up for an hour. The most important thing is that you ran for an hour.
I'm not sure if this is true or not... but if you're stomachs cold after you run it means you've ran enough to start burning fat. So keep that in mind next time you run.

It's good for a lighter guy, but too much for someone that heavy because this will damage your joints and feet. But I like the intensity.
