What motivates YOU to eat healthily/exercise?

I binged tonight and messed up my diet, so I need something to pick me up and get me back on track. Below I'm going to list my motivation, but I'd like to hear yours too.

1) I want to be HEALTHY. I want to feel energized, happy, and have enough nutrients to fuel my brain during school.
2) I need to lose weight. Compared to most people in today's world, my weight is healthy, but I have quite a bit of stomach fat. I am currently at my highest weight (159 lbs), and I'd like to be 30 pounds lighter.
3) I want my friend/crush to notice me more. He's really skinny and I feel like I need to be skinny too.
4) I don't want to get diabetes! ANYONE can get it, even if they aren't obese. I've been tracking my sugar intake for weeks just to make sure I don't go over it.
