My toenail is completely torn off. How can I treat it?

If you can, I would suggest going to the doctor. They'll make sure there's no infection, prescribe some pain meds, and instruct you on how best to keep the area clean and properly bandaged. Also, no closed toed shoes for at least 10 days. Your nail will grow back fine, but it may take a year or so to return to its original state.

The nail will grow back on its own. You'll just have to be patient unfortunately. Make sure you clean that area about once a day and cover it up, so it doesn't become infected while the nail regrows.

put a band aid over it to protect the skin, which is more susceptible to infection. remove the band aid daily (if not every other day) to clean the site

As long as the nail bed isn't damaged it'll grow back on it's own. Just keep the area clean to prevent infection.

It will grow back but it will be thinner and less smooth for a while

If it's a clean break it should come back normal in most cases but sometimes it comes out thicker
