Neck has been really stiff for a good month now, I got a MRI and X-ray and nothing came up. What could it be?

Have you tried yoga?
Go on YouTube and do a search for "yoga for stiff neck" or something along those lines and give it a try.

If you're open minded, do a search for "ETF Tapping" and give it a shot. I've had neck / back pain before and tapping actually did make a difference, even though it felt goofy at first. It's along the same lines as acupuncture, though you do it yourself and it doesn't involve any needles, just a few minutes of your time and an open mind.

Allergies? I have really bad allergies and when they get bad or I get a sinus infection my neck gets sore and stiff. Maybe try taking an allergy pill and see if it helps any, most will make you sleepy so unless you take it before bed make sure it's non drowsy if you try it

Do you have a desk job and a wrong type of chair in front? Or a badly positioned computerscreen? Typical causes.
