+1 yThe problem with something that doesn't take up time is that you dont burn any calories...
Football/soccer is an amazing workout and great fun and cheap, you only need a ball and an open space. Cycling is also amazing fun and you only need a cheap bike. The only thing i can think of which doesn't requure any equipment would be running... but unless its freerunning its boring asf.22 Reply
Asker+1 yFor football i need to go join a Team. Takes time that i don't have. Cycling is really dangerous and hot here. Jogging makes me wanna kill myself out of boredom

Well there are no shortcuts to weight loss lol, you can't trim down by sitting down.
If you really cba to go outside buy a stationary excercise bike and use it while u watch TV/play video games.

+1 yWalking, jogging and running. My reasoning:
3,500 cals is about 1lb in weight. Going for 1/2 hour jog could burn 175 cals. So in 20 days, that's 1lb. Not a lot, but it IS sustainable. All it takes is that 1/2 hour a day.
Add a simple change in eating habits, and you can double that weight loss.02 Reply
Asker+1 yI hate jogging

Only thing you can do is change your eating habits. Remember:
Cals ingested more than cals burned = weight gain
Cals ingested less than cals burned = weight loss
Loseing weight AND keeping it of requires a lot of effort over a long period of time. How you do it, or whether you do it at all, is up to you. We can tell you how to do it, but you have to walk the path. We can't do it for you!
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yIf you have no time to exercise or do not like the concept of idle exercising, then you can just do a lot of housework, yard work or field work, and office work the hard way. You can also commute by bicycle to places or mow the lawn with a mechanical, man-powered mower. But the most important thing with weight loss is the diet.

The list is pretty endless. Do you have anything that you're maybe already into that you can make more athletic?013 Reply
Asker+1 yEverything is impractical cause i need equipments or need to go some where. Going some where = time consuming

You can do yoga at home with youtube videos...
Asker+1 yYeah think that's what I'm gonna do... Although it doesn't qualify as a hobby for me...
- +1 y
Maybe it can be a new hobby :)
Asker+1 yLol I'm not interested enough. Also, I tend to get bored easily when doing the same thing everyday

Good thing youtube is a big place.

@Asker You seem rather unmotivated to lose weight or be healthy if you don't want to do any form of exercise or be active. @BellePepper Gave some good advice that was basically shot down with "lol nah".. Maybe find your motivation first :/
Asker+1 y@KittieCat why do you think I asked this question? I'm looking for something that is also fun and burns calories. I actually took BellePepper's advice and picked up on yoga again today, since i still have the app. But running? Lol you bet I'm not motivated. I hate running with passion!

I mean she didn't even mention running but okay. But the point being that sometimes *especially when losing weight* you're gonna have to do things you don't particularly like. Even if you don't like running any of the other things she listed can be fun if you put in the effort and make it fun. But you'll never know till you try
Asker+1 y@KittieCat yea hers is the opinion that hits the target of this question the closest. Despite all but yoga not possible to implement in my life right now. But everyone else, yes, every single one gives such generic, uncreative answer that tells me to fucking go running. If I were to do that, it would be to hunt some morons down. They don't even bother to understand the question. I know weight loss is hard, that's why I'm asking for suggestions of things that could be fun while burning cals. Everyone keeps saying running! Motherfuckers.

I hate running too. It's a huge waste of time and boring af
Good luck with the yoga!

10 ReplyI mean eating healthy should be a big one... But yoga, running (jogging, sprints), strength training, HIIT, kick boxing, biking, playing sports, etc etc

+1 ywell sports are always good way to go. yoga is pretty cheap especially if you do it in the home

but just keep in mind that losing weight isn't usually a lot of fun. it requires discipline and usually some form of exertion of energy which may not be in a way you want to do it
Asker+1 yThat's why I'm looking for suggestions of activities that are fun. Yet cheap and not time consuming at the same time. Instead people basically just tell me to torture myself. I don't mind doing some physically activity that is also fun. Jogging, HIIT, and the rest... More like torture
Jogging you can do that anywhere and u can listen to music too

Asker+1 yI never get why people love jogging so much.
Asker+1 yIt is NOT fun lol. You can also listen to music in the shower and it's a lot more fun than running
Cardio, like cycling, jogging/running, Nordic walking (if you're not very fit), etc etc

+1 yChange your diet to fish, fruits and vegetables. Ride your bicycle up hill. When you go places like malls or buildings take the stairs. Go on walks while walking your dog.
00 ReplyNot eating.
It's really cheap, in fact it makes you some money.03 Reply
Asker+1 yAlso not healthy. And not a hobby
- +1 y
Yes, but it is the best way to lose weight, and it is not unhealthy.
If you have problems with weight, your current eating habits is what is unhealthy.
Not sure what you want to hear.
If you could lose weight with a hobby that is cheap, "fun" and "doesn't take up much time" then everybody would be fit af.
If you think some physical activity is "torture" then well, enjoy remaining a fatty.
Asker+1 yPls refrain from answering if you don't really know the answer.
+1 yRunning lol dude... this should be easy as pie. Or simply counting calories.
