Two pieces of tost with peanut butter and banana on them. Is that healthy? I'm 5'10" by the way.

2 slice toast
1 cup milk

600 calories
70 gram carbohydrate
16 gram fat
22 grams protein
For your height that should be good. id you multiply the nutritional content-not necessarily the same exact food -X3 you get:
1800 calories
210 grams carbohydrate
48 gram fat
68 gram protein
thats a decent amount of everything if you need more calories you can throw in a few snacks.
so yea your break fast is decent. with milk.

Could be worse but the amount of fat, sugar, and calories your taking in is probably higher than you think.
2x White Bread = 128 Calories, 1.8 Grams of fat, 2 Grams of sugar
2x Table Spoon Of Peanut Butter = 188 Calories, 16 Grams of fat, 3 Grams of sugar
One Whole Banana = 121 Calories, 0.45 Grams of fat, 16 Grams of sugar
So now you have a total of 437 Calories, 18.2 Grams of fat, and 21 Grams of sugar.
The worst is the sugar. The calories and fat aren't terrible if it's the right foods but eating a lot of sugar is bad for losing weight if that's your goal. Bananas are known for having TONS of sugar.
Don't listen to the ignorants, two pieces of tost with peanut butter and banana, is a far too high calorie into to be counters as food, it's more like candy.
The nutrition value is too low for it's calories, so NO it's not a healthy breakfast.
That's said, some peanuts and a banana would be fine choice, but peanut butter and white bread is not.

That's pretty good. You can get rid of the bread or maybe one piece and substitute for fruits and veggies. Celery is a convenian veggie to eat peanut butter with. Of course you can add raisins too.

Whats better is probably more along the lines of this
1or 2 boiled eggs
1/4 cup of plain oatmeal
Half an apple
But what you ate is perfectly fine too -
Breakfast is the main meal of the day. It should include fruit, carbs (healthy ones), proteins, nothing sugared or sweeted with bad sugars and enough energy to cover your morning.

You've got some protein and vitamins so that is good. I would drink milk if you are not lactose intolerant, or some orange juice for more vitamin C.

It's not the healthiest breakfast, but not too bad either. I suggest almond butter (if you like it), it's a healthier alternative to peanut butter.

No, that"s not healthy at all. Healthy is a piece of bread with jam, a yogurt, an orange or a glass of orange juice and a glass of milk.
