Breakfast?
Lunch?
Dinner?
Snacks?
I'm just curious. :) My breakfast is usually less than 200, but lunch and dinner vary.
At some point it was ~2600 calories per meal, ~5200-5700 calories per day due to gainer.
Now it's definitely much lower, but exact number is unknown since number of meals and their content are changing.
I don't know about individual meals, but I try to keep my daily calorie intake between 1500 and 1600.
Breakfast: appr. 800
Lunch: appr 800
Dinner 500
Snacks: 300
I need it to keep my present weight and muscle mass.
Roughly 500 cals per meal, with 300 cals snacking throughout the day 😊
So at least 1800 calories... Are you active?
Yeah xD

I don't track that.
I know I typically only eat like 400 - 600 calories a day tho
So you're basically starving yourself...
Actually no, I take that back. When I eat whole foods all day it can be less than 600, but it's plenty of food.
Okay cool. Thanks for your opinion. Most people freak and say, "No, you need twice that amount!" I think it just depends on the type of food.
It's the nutrition that matters. If you're getting enough vitamins, iron, etc., then it shouldn't be a problem...
This reveals a lot about why girls act the way they do.
I'd call this a bullshit, you can pull this off for a day or two, but if you have functioning life this is suicide. Calories are measure of energy, you need energy to live, once you deplete your fat deposits, your body starts using fat that protects your organs, after that your body starts using muscles, all while shutting down/slowing some of your functions. There is only death after that.
So please, anybody that's reading this, dont try it, never go below 1000 in any case (unless it's medically supervised).
@wolfie12 "There is only death after that."
Have you SEEN those 40-80 year-olds that are really thin? I saw this in Supersize vs Superskinny. Although what you said it true, death does not follow those habits. There are people that spend 10-40 years with terrible eating habits (barely any foods, and loads of coffee/tea with sugar). If you can't guess, they aren't dead.
They might feel dead, though, because that is what true starvation is like. People CAN survive off of very little. You could eat only 1000 calories a day and still get a variety of needed nutrients, or you could eat 1000 calories and not get a single valuable nutrient. I know because I've tried it. Now that I've stopped eating processed crap, it is very easy for me to be "calories deficit." Yet, I feel fine, and I can function better than I did when I ate 1500 a day.
It's just not recommended in the long run, since it does f*ck the body up. You're a guy, so of course you need more calories than a female.
About 200 every meal, and about 50 calories per snack. I drink just water, so no extra calories.
I don't know actually I just eat what I need lol but like focus on food high in fibre and protien and try to avoid complex carbs
I have no idea, I usually only eat one meal a day
Yeah, I usually only have time for one
Aren't you hungry, though? You can take food on the go.
I've been doing it for years so no. And not really feasable for me because I drive an hour to two a day then I have classes then I come home and once I'm home I want to sleep, then I wake up and eat and study
My breakfast is 210, later I try to keep between 300 and 500
1000-2000 per meal.
I have no idea.
