i binge ate last night but i have not eaten a thing in 18 hours and i'm still extremely full and bloated!!! is this normal? what can i do to make it go away
Not eating for long portions of time, or starving yourself, would result in some bloating. When your body retains as much water/sugar as it possibly can, putting a halt on the metabolism of most of what is already in your system.
What you can do to make it go away is have some water and food.

Probably a more stable eating habit. Stop binge eating and cut your snacks every 3-4 hours in smaller portions
