How can an ectomorph (skinny and hard to gain weight) gain weight faster?
Protein intake is the best method I've found. I'm naturally thin as well, the most I've ever weighed is 160 lbs and I'm 6' 0" tall.
Try eating tuna, eggs and peanut butter on a daily basis. All that protein will add to your weight. Also, remember to reduce your sugary drink intake. I know most people will say drinking your calories will make you gain weight, but not for us naturally skinny people. Drinking lots of juice or soda will make you lose weight.
