I usually work out 5-6 days a week in the morning. Mostly strength training. I took a week off because I went on vacation. Every since I've been back, I have had no motivation to get back in the gym. I have taken breaks like this before, and my body always tells me when its ready to start training again cause i'll eventually miss it. Is my body telling me I need a break and should I rest until I feel like getting back into it, or am I just being lazy about it?
If your body is tired, you will feel it. Problem with workouts is that it is actually a boring thing. That is why a lot of people do group sessions (like body pump, zumba, ...) to have some social contact or drive. Do you workout alone or have some fitness friends you usually chat with? Focuss on the last and even try to go together. The social drive helps motivating.

Just go do it, if you have the money to go to a gym, just do it. If not then whatever. Or don't go to the gym, but go ride a bike outside, a real outdoors bike, not one with a basket or something
