Should I go to the gym today even though my body is really soar from yesterdays workout?

My whole body is really soar today after my first class of bodypump at the gym yesterday. I want to go to this class as much as possible because I want to increase my endurance and strength and its actually fun and kind of addicting lol.

Should I go anyway? The next class will be today at 5:30pm. I want to really badly.
